(Step 0.) Make Contact
Take a look at the role descriptions in the panel on the right. If one seems to reflect what you want to do then let us know that you are interested. You can do this by writing to us or using the On-line Application form and the Secure CV Upload facility
(Step 1.) Conversation with a Peer
If there seems to be a match we will arrange a call with a peer so you can both establish whether this is a conversation worth pursuing.
If so, you will then meet. We will aim to get some insight into what turns you on and what you have achieved. You will doubtless want to know more about Saigei and how we work.
(Step 2.) Interview with Colleagues
Assuming that that meeting goes well, we will arrange for you to meet several of the team at High Wycombe or another venue so that we can establish whether we have a fit that works for you and us.
The conversation will be fluid although we will aim to cover:
A walk through your CV to make sure we have understood and recognised all that you feel we should.
A conversation about a recent initiative in which you played a leading role. You should cover the organisational context, the entry and ending points, and what you did to secure the outcome. We want to understand how you work, what you focus upon, and insights you drew from the experience.
A second conversation about what you want to get done with and for Saigei and how you would approach your first 30 and 90 days with us. We are looking for self-starting individuals who have a powerful ambition of their own that fits well with ours.
In each case we are looking for dialogue rather than presentations but please feel free to bring materials and evidence that help you elucidate your points and manage the discussion.
The final formal part of the interview will be a conventional two-way question session until we both feel that we have gathered all we need in order to make a decision.
Sometimes it takes more than one meeting to cover all of the ground we both need to cover.
(Step 3.) Offer of Employment & References
Our employment models are flexible so there will be some discussion of form and terms (ie term employment contract; associate contract; permanent employment contract).
If all goes well, we will make you a conditional offer and if you accept we will take up references. We use a candidate profiling agency to make discrete enquires on our behalf. Assuming this goes as planned, we will agree a start date and you can hand in your notice.
