A structured approach but tailored to you and your specific ambitions.

Our graduate development programme sets out the skills and experiences you will acquire in your first eighteen months. It works on three aspects of your job:

(i)     delivering organisational and operational outcomes for clients

(ii)    managing consulting resources and administering assignments

(iii)   building capability and securing innovation within Saigei

 

The programme includes formal and informal modes of development that will support you through this progression including:

(i)     formal skills training

(ii)    internal skills training (tracked using a skills log)

(iii)   an external mentor

(iv)   days at other organisations to lean their operation

 

Together we map out and monitor a path from being a trainee requiring close supervision to becoming a dependable project contributor.

Provided you progress according to the plan we agree together, your remuneration will also automatically increase in line with the other graduates on the scheme.

Assuming everything goes well, at the end of 18 months you will be promoted to “consultant” because you can demonstrate delivery in each of the three areas of competence ie not just a title bump.
