Congratulations your application and CV stand out from the crowd. We want to know if you are one of us…

(Step 1.) Screening Interview

The first contact will probably be a pre-arranged telephone call to ask you a few questions to gain an insight into what turns you on and what you have achieved in the past. You will also have some questions we are sure. This is a formal part of the process so do prepare.

(Step 2.) Assessment Day

Congratulations, there is something about you that we want to understand better so you have been invited to one of our assessment centres in High Wycombe.

This is a busy day but we aim to make it fun and it will be over before you know it!  It typically runs from 1030 to 1630. We provide lunch and there is a steady supply of refreshment and sugar throughout the day.

It starts with an introduction and an overview of Saigei and the graduate programme.

Then you will deliver a presentation based on a case study set for you in advance. The audience (which includes other candidates) will explore your thinking with questions.

Next you will complete a task with a team of Saigei people. This will give us an insight into how you work with others and give you a flavour working with existing members of Saigei.

After the hard work you will have a series of interviews with members of the Saigei team. Just be yourself and remember to bring up any questions you need answered in order to make your decision.

Tip: The case studies are drawn from real projects.  They give you an opportunity to show how you engage with the organisational as well as process and financial issues.  Remember also that while you are presenting you have an excellent opportunity to show your skill in a group context.  It is a cliche; but be yourself. Show us not only that you are intelligent and professional but also that you will be fun and imaginative - we are not interested in working with robots.

(Step 3.) Offer of Employment

If all goes well, we will make you a written offer of employment.  At that point you will have a week to think it over before letting us know your decision.
