Team Working

Whilst there are clearly degrees and areas of expertise and specific roles on client assignments, within Saigei we prefer to operate as a college of peers. 

Teams form to address specific challenges - perhaps a client project, perhaps an internal project.  Once the work is complete, the team disbands. This approach makes for operational flexibility and variety of work for you.  It is also an uncompromising meritocracy.  If you are good, all the teams will want you on board.

Site Working

We deliver Action Based Answers - this means we work alongside health care professionals where they deliver patient care. 

Offices are where traditional consultants retreat to write diagnostic reports and opinions because they do not know how to deliver outcomes.  We work on site, returning to our office in High Wycombe on Fridays when we have internal quality meetings, let off some steam and catch up on what everyone else has been busy doing.

We use leading edge IT that allows us to access, coordinate and interact with Saigei resources, securely and from anywhere in the world.
