Experienced Operational Leaders
These individuals will have a history of successfully leading expert and service organisations through periods of rapid change and adversity. They will likely have had responsibility for a profit and loss account or been a divisional director. They understand as much about organisational development as they do about operational improvement.
Lean Sigma Practitioners
These individuals have deep experience of applying lean production and six-sigma techniques to achieve transformational changes in operational performance. They may come from service or industrial backgrounds.
Graduates
Saigei offers a structured 18 month graduate development programme designed to help you become an effective operations management consultant with a specialism in UK healthcare. Once you have completed the 18 month programme you will be promoted to consultant. At that point we will work with you to decide how you will specialise and how to support you as you take your career forward.

Research Internships
Saigei provides two types of paid academic internship open to pupils with strong english language skills who are studying for a masters degree at any European university .
The first will be of interest to individuals researching thought in the areas of Health Economics & Policy, Operations Management, Systems Thinking and Managing Complexity. Each of our interns has returned from their time with Saigei to achieve an exceptional grade in their degree.
